April Edition

As we move into spring, many people ask ,”What can I do to stay healthy this year?” Unfortunately, this is no ONE suggestion to arrive at the answer. We must address different levels of the body to maintain health or “get healthy” The following are great ways to improve the current state in which your body functions:1. Exercise, take in sunlight, breathe in fresh air. GET OUTSIDE
2. Reduce your processed food intake
3. Eat something green everyday
4. Eat according to yor body’s oxidative type
5. Take a whole food supplement( organic in nature NOT SYNTHESIZED)
6. Take 20 minutes a day to close your eyes, and think of nothing…JUST BE
7. Make sure your nervous system is working properly by getting regular check up and adjustments.

We need to take an active approach on health. Health doesn’t just happen. I hope this “springs” you intothe right direction so that you may fully enjoy the things you love to do. We are always here for your health needs- we are merely a phone call away!
